1. Documents required to get a visa for a foreign citizen child under age 18 whose either of parents is a Turkmenistan citizen:

• Colored copies of passport (must be valid for 6 months at least) and identification (birth certificate),
• Colored copies of passports, identification (birth certificate), residence permit, document verifying residence address and
• Request letter of the citizen of Turkmenistan
• Must fill the form
• 2 photos of the child sized 3x4

* Requested copies must be in A4 format paper
