Documents required for getting Repatriation Certificate for returning to Turkmenistan for citizens of Turkmenistan who lost their passports:

• Request of the citizen and Explanation (Written in the Consulate department)
• Declaration given by police departments explaining if the passport is lost or stolen
• Copies of documents confirming identity (passport, military ID, birth certificate)
• Copy of Temporary Residence Permit
• 2 photos sized 3x4

* Requested copies must be in colored A4 format paper
