• Original and copy of record about not being officially married taken from Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan and approved by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
• Request of the citizen (Written in the Consulate department)
• Copies of related documents of the citizen (national and biometric passport; temporary residence permit; certificate of disruption of official marriage if married and divorced before)

* Requested copies must be in colored A4 format paper
